What Is the ExorLive AI Program Builder?

The Program Builder enables users to generate personalized exercise programs via natural-language prompts.

It provides:

  • A program title and clinical description

  • Editable outputs for clinical customization

How to Write Effective Prompts

Be clear and specific. Include:

  • Age and gender

  • Diagnosis or condition

  • Setting (home, gym, clinic)

  • Training goal

Example prompts:

  • “Male, 58, long-term shoulder pain above 90°. Gym rehab.”

  • “Female, 75, recovering from hip surgery. Home-based balance training.”
