If you wish to prevent you or others from being able to edit templates after they have been created, you can use the "Lock" feature in ExorLive.
Lock training program templates
When you save a training program as a template, you will see the "Saving" window. Scroll down to the box "View more" and check the box. You will then get more features, including the "Lock" feature. Check the box if you wish to lock the template and press "Save".
The system administrator and the creator can unlock all templates.
To unlock the template, open the program template and press the "i" button in the title bar. Then the "Unlock" button.
