The administrator of the organization can activate or deactivate the possibility for instructors to choose their contact's location to unit/department
1. Select Admin
2. Main application
3. Uncheck the checkbox next to "Allow instructor to move contact to other device"
4. Press Save
Now the instructor can choose or change the location for the contact
1. Open dialog box for the contact
2. Select Other
3. Tap Location and select device
4. Press Select
5. Save
