As an instructor or administrator, in ExorLive, you are able to upload your own videos, when creating custom exercises.
The videos being uploaded must be in accordance with ExorLives Licence Agreement. Click here, to read about the rules and regulations, concerning creation of custom exercises.
Video upload limits
The default upload limit for each video is set to 30 MB. This equals to roughly 30 seconds of high quality video playback. In other words, more than enough to demonstrate your exercise with several repetitions.
