In the "ACTION CENTER" tab, you can let the ExorLive software automatically perform certain administrative tasks by creating automated "actions", such as disabling users who have not logged in for 1 year, etc.

Start by choosing which subunit of the organization you want the action to apply to.

Click on "New Action". You will now get a window, where you can select the type of action and settings associated with it.

Currently, you have 3 choices:
- Disable users
- Send an invitation to all new contacts who have an email
- Auto sign workouts

1.1 Disable users
With the "Disable Users" action, you can let ExorLive review your users and disable them based on desired criteria.

Choose what role users should have, in the drop-down menu and define the time of last login.
If you have subunits in the selected subunit, you can choose whether or not the action will apply to them too.

You can easily choose to disable and enable the action as it suits you. If the action is enabled, ExorLive will permanently disable users whose time between each login exceeds the defined time.

Note! Disabled users can still be found in the user list. If you want to delete a user permanently, this must be done through the "User Details" menu.

1.2 Send invitation to all new contacts with an email
If you wish to invite your contacts to use ExorLive, you can automatically send an invitation to all your new contacts that have an email address.

Define how often ExorLive will detect new contacts (who have not been sent an invitation email) and send them an invitation email.
If you have subunits in the selected sub-unit, you can choose whether or not the action should apply to them as well.
You can easily choose to disable and enable the action as it suits you. If the action is enabled, ExorLive will discover new contacts and automatically send them an invitation email, if it has not been sent previously.

1.3 Auto sign workouts
You can choose to let ExorLive automatically sign all the training programs that are created in your organization.

Choose how far back ExorLive should look for programs to sign. If you have subunits in the selected sub-unit, you can choose whether or not the action should apply to them as well.
You can easily choose to disable and enable the action as it suits you.
