Reports

Under "REPORTS" you will find an overview of all activities and actions performed by a user or a contact.

6.1 Activity report

Under “ACTIVITY REPORT”, you will find an overview of all the programs associated with the selected user/contact, and a list of all activities that have been made towards/on the user/contact by instructors/administrators. (For example, if someone sends a training program or changes users/contacts information).

Click on “ACTIVITY REPORT”. Select the contact you want by clicking on "Choose contact". You should now get a list of all programs associated with the user/contact.

If you want to see all the events performed towards/on this user/contact, press "Search" under the "Events" window.

You can choose the time period you want to see the events from, by selecting the options in the drop-down menu “Period”.

6.2 Access report

Under “ACCESS REPORT”, you will find a list of all administrative activities that a user or contact has performed. (For example, if the user/contact has logged in/out, sent a message, sent an email, etc.)

Click on "ACCESS REPORT". Select the user/contact you want to see by clicking on "Choose contact". You will now get a window, where you can search for the user/contact you want. You can filter users/contacts by organizational location and role, or perform a search for first and last name.

If you want to see activity on the user you are logged in with, tap "Choose me". Once you have selected the user/contact you want, click "Search". You will now get a list of recent activity on the selected user/contact.
You can choose the time period you want to see the events from, by selecting the options in the drop-down menu “Period”.
