There are several ways to find contact's training programs. All options are equally good and you can choose which way you want to use.

Option 1: Through “Contacts”-tab

1. Click on “Contacts”-tab in ExorLive
2. Double-click on the desired contact. You should now see contact details window.
3. Click on “...” in the upper right corner, to the left of “X”.
4. Click on “See workouts” (Picture 1)
5. You should now see a window with all programs attached to the contact

Option 2: Through “Program”- tab

1. Click on “Program”-tab in ExorLive
2. Click on “Open”, to the right for “Create new”, in the top left part of the tab
3. You should now see all the programs created by your user
4. Click on “Search in programs for contacts”
5. Double click on the desired contact
6. You should now see all the programs attached to the contact (Picture 2)
