This procedure only works in the ExorLive app that you have downloaded from Google Play or the Apple App Store. You will not be able to activate this feature if you are using ExorLive Go in a standard web browser.
How to enable PIN or Biometric login
- Open and sign in to ExorLive Go
- Tap “Me”
- Tap “My personal details”
- Select “Log in”
- Enable your preferred login method (PIN or Biometric)
The availability of PIN or Biometric login depends on what your device supports.
Biometrics may include facial recognition or a fingerprint reader.
If your device does not support either of these options, select a PIN code instead.
