All ExorLive solutions need a working browser such as Safari, Chrome, Edge, Internet Explorer 11. Depending on the desired solution, the service hardware may need permission to install apps and read PDF files.
ExorLive Go and ExorLive Assistant can be downloaded via Google play and App Store.
We recommend customers to upgrade to a newer version in settings on the phone. We currently support over 15,000 devices on Android. Android version should be 9.0 or later.
Iphone / ipad should have iOS 11 or later.
