ExorLive Video Meeting is the solution for you who want to follow up your clients at a distance. With ExorLive Video Meeting, you can guide and adjust your client’s exercise program over video, while you talk and see each other. In addition, you can share your screen and chat live. In the first version you will be able to have a one-on-one conversation.
A video meeting in ExorLive meets the GDPR rules for personally sensitive information. Video meetings can be conducted if caregivers and personal data assistants takes safety measures. The rules can be found in GDPR, the Patient Data Act and the regulations of the National Board of Health and Welfare.

- The solution supports one-on-one video meeting, and participants in the meeting are always identified through ExorLive's authentication system.

Requirements to use video meeting in ExorLive:
- Computer / mobile equipment with webcam and microphone.
- Headphones (possibly speakers, then you should sit in a place where no one else can hear you).
- Make sure both camera, microphone and speakers work.
- Access to Internet.
- In some cases, you will need an email address where you can receive a notice that there is a message for you in ExorLive. You then log into ExorLive Go and see your invitation to the video conference.
What to think about before a video meeting
- Make sure you are sitting where confidential information cannot be heard by others you do not want to hear. We are aware that quarantine and isolation situations together with others can make it difficult to achieve this.
- Be prepared that you may need to identify yourself by holding photo ID in front of the camera. You can also ask your health care provider to identify you in the same way.
