The new exercises are aimed at rehabilitation and injury prevention of shoulder, groin, hip, knee and ankle. Among the exercises you will find exercises with ball, elastic band and miniband.
In addition, you will find individual exercises for fall prevention from MoTFall (Modern Technology against Fall Accidents in Sweden) and other senior model exercises.
