How to use the Plan

Give your clients an exercise programme to follow, or an activity plan for them to complete in addition to the sessions with you in order to reach their goals. 
In ExorLive you will find the "plan" in the top menu. Here you can plan exercises for your client, which also appears in the app ExorLive Go.
Here you can add an activity e.g. swimming, walking or running, or an exercise programme on any day in the calendar.
To copy the chosen activities for a whole week, click on the box showing the week's number, and choose for how many weeks you want to repeat the activities. 
You can then track the progress and see if your client has completed the activities, as well as send and receive feedback.
